SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is free for domestic orders $60 and over. For domestic orders under $60, shipping is based on location.
For all international orders, shipping is $40.
For order processing, please allow 2 business days.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not, we gladly accept returns on unused nail polish up to 30 days from the date of the order listed on your packing slip.
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, your polish must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
At this time, we cannot reimburse shipping fees or offer exchanges.
To initiate a return, please email orders@habitcosmetics.com and place your order number in the subject line of the email.
To ensure the safety of all of our customers, we are not able to accept returns on our makeup.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note: it may take up to 5 business days before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES
At this time, we can only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at orders@habitcosmetics.com.
You are be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
