- Before painting, wash your nails with soap and water, then dry them thoroughly
- Apply one coat of a base coat, making sure to glide your brush past the edge of your nail. Base coat helps the polish stick to your nails
- Paint on one to three thin coats of your polish color, still making sure to paint over the edge of each nail. Thin coats of polish prevent bubbles and long drying times. This technique also keeps your polish job silky smooth!
- Apply one layer of top coat to seal your mani and get the best wear time

The color was much lighter than expected. I expected more of an opaque pink color but it looked more like clear. I put four coats on of the color hoping that would help my nails look more pink. I’m bummed because I like the other Habit nail polish I’ve purchased.

I work in a professional environment and this color is perfect for looking polished, and the light hue makes chips (if any) less noticeable. It's the perfect everyday color!

Love, love love this color! It's the perfect sheer pink and makes my nails look so pretty. I've been buying it for a few years now and hope it's never discontinued. Sometimes I do one coat, sometimes more if I want it pinker and it never streaks. And a big A+ to Habit for not testing on animals. That's another big selling point for me.
